Noise turned out to be this little friend

I HEARD a 'scraping' noise outside my back bedroom.

I went to investigate and there below my opened window was a grey squirrel on the pebble dashing.

It didn't appear scared so I quickly got my camera by which time had moved a couple of feet to the top of the partition fence – where it posed for the enclosed photo.
